These Terms & Conditions apply to all tours and services provided by Hrafnar leiðsögn ehf.
1. NO-SHIPPING POLICY
Hrafnar leiðsögn ehf. is exclusively engaged in the sale of non-physical, experience-based services (guided tours, hiking, and outdoor activities).
We DO NOT sell or ship physical goods. Therefore, no items are dispatched via mail, courier, or any other shipping method. All purchases are for services delivered in person.
2. SERVICE DELIVERY METHOD
Our services are delivered in two distinct phases:
A. ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
- What is Delivered: The booking confirmation, digital voucher, itinerary details, and necessary instructions (including meeting point, time, and guide contact).
- How it is Delivered: Electronically, via the email address provided by the customer during the booking process.
- Delivery Time: The electronic confirmation is delivered immediately upon successful and full payment being processed.
B. PERSONAL DELIVERY
- What is Delivered: The actual guided service or activity.
- How it is Delivered: In person by our certified guides.
- Where it is Delivered: The service takes place at a clearly defined, pre-arranged meeting point (e.g., specific location, landmark, or designated pick-up spot). The meeting point details are provided in the electronic confirmation.
- Delivery Time: The service is fulfilled on the specific date and at the scheduled time indicated on the booking confirmation.
